1. Processing of orders

Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM are usually processed the same day or the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery times

Delivery time within the Netherlands is typically 1–3 business days. For orders shipped to other EU countries, the average delivery time is 3–7 business days. For luxury jewelry with customization or engraving, delivery time may be longer; this is always stated on the product page.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95. Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge. Different rates apply for international shipping; these will be displayed during checkout.

4. Shipping partners

We ship our orders via reliable carriers like PostNL or DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace code so you can follow your package.

5. Non-home delivery

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier can deliver your package to a collection point or attempt another delivery. The carrier will provide instructions by email or track & trace.

6. Delayed delivery

We do our utmost to deliver orders on time. In exceptional circumstances, such as holidays or carrier delays, delivery may take longer. Adilaar is not liable for delays beyond our control.
