1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This period begins on the day you receive the product.

2. Conditions for returns

• The product must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
  
• Personalized or engraved jewelry cannot be returned.
  
• Sale items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Return process

1. Please register your return via our customer service (email or telephone).
   
2. You will receive the return instructions and the return address from us.
   
3. Please pack the product carefully and return it using a traceable shipping method.
   
4. Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation.

4. Refund

After receiving and approving your return, we will refund the purchase price, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days via the payment method you used to place the order. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
